• The overall lead times include both production and transit times and are an estimate of the total time in business days that it will take to receive your order.
• The lead times above are an estimate only, no guarantees are provided.
• Business Days are Monday-Friday and exclude Public Holidays and our closure dates.
• Almost all our products are custom made to order in our factory, the overall lead times above include both production and shipping times.
• If you have an urgent deadline, please contact us first and we'll do our best to work to it.
• You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been completed and shipped.
• Delivery normally occurs 9am-5pm during weekdays, contact us if you need a special arrangement.
• Shipping prices are calculated based on the items in your shopping cart before checkout.
