Christmas and Closure Information

• We will be producing and shipping orders up until and including the 22nd of December 2023.
• Delivery by Christmas is not guaranteed but we will do our best.
• Our factory is closed from the 23rd December 2023 and will reopen on the 4th of January 2024, all orders will be processed on our return.

• Almost all our products are custom made to order in our factory, certain products may take longer to produce than others.
• If you have an urgent deadline, please contact us first and we'll do our best to work to it.
• You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been completed and shipped.
• Delivery usually occurs 9am-5pm during weekdays, contact us if you need a special arrangement.
• Shipping prices are calculated in your shopping cart before checkout.
