You will receive tracking details the moment your order leaves our factory.
Couriers usually deliver Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm. Contact us for special arrangements.
Shipping costs appear in your cart before you check out.

Orders default to Authority to Leave. Add "Signature Required" in the comments if you prefer to sign.
Transit damage is covered by our warranty. Theft or missing deliveries are only covered when a signature is required.
