Holiday Closure Information

Our factory will take a break and close Wednesday 24th December 2025 and return Monday 5th January 2026. Orders/queries placed during that time will queue and start moving again as soon as we return.

Before You Order

• Times above are estimates; public holidays and shutdowns sit outside these windows.
• Every product is custom built, so some materials may add a little extra time.
• If you have a hard deadline, reach out before ordering so we can confirm what is possible.
• You will receive tracking details the moment your order leaves our factory.
• Couriers usually deliver Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm. Contact us for special arrangements.
• Shipping costs appear in your cart before you check out.

Delivery & Safe Drop

• Orders default to Authority to Leave. Add "Signature Required" in the comments if you prefer to sign.
• Transit damage is covered by our warranty. Theft or missing deliveries are only covered when a signature is required.
