Holiday Production Schedule
We will keep producing and shipping orders right up to Tuesday 23rd December 2025. Delivery before
Christmas is not guaranteed, we cannot provide refunds for late deliveries. Our promise is to
produce and ship your order before Christmas, we will also try and choose the fastest couriers available to us when booking.
Our factory will take a break and close Wednesday 24th December 2025 and return Monday 5th
January 2026.
Orders/queries placed during that time will queue and start moving again as soon as we return.

You will receive tracking details the moment your order leaves our factory.
Couriers usually deliver Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm. Contact us for special arrangements.
Shipping costs appear in your cart before you check out.
Delivery & Safe Drop
Orders default to Authority to Leave. Add "Signature Required" in the comments if you prefer to sign.
Transit damage is covered by our warranty. Theft or missing deliveries are only covered when a signature is
required.
