Made-to-size stretcher bars for your canvas
Frameshop canvas stretcher bars are made to the finished size you enter, so you can stretch your own printed canvas, painted canvas, or loose canvas artwork onto a rigid timber support.
Choose the finished stretcher bar thickness: 2cm, 3cm, or 4cm. For each thickness, we select the sturdiest timber width suited to the canvas size and add bracing where required, so the finished bars are rigid and durable.
Each stretcher frame is fully assembled with glued and nailed joins, ready for you to use when stretching your canvas. A +/- 2mm tolerance applies to the ordered thickness. Optional picture framing can be added when the stretched canvas needs a finished wall display.
