Before You Order
A few notes before relying on a date.
- Times above are estimates; public holidays and shutdowns sit outside these windows.
- Every product is custom built, so some materials may add a little extra time.
- If you have a hard deadline, reach out before ordering so we can confirm what is possible.
- You will receive tracking details the moment your order leaves our factory.
- Couriers usually deliver Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Contact us for special arrangements.
- Shipping costs appear in your cart before you check out.
Delivery & Safe Drop
How courier deliveries are handled.
- Orders default to Authority to Leave. Add "Signature Required" in the comments if you prefer to sign.
- Transit damage is covered by our warranty. Theft or missing deliveries are only covered when a signature is required.
