Timing. We custom make every order by hand. Some combinations of materials or products may take longer than estimated; others may be quicker. Estimates assume your order is paid and has no holds, such as pending artwork approval or special requests. Working days exclude weekends and scheduled holidays or shutdowns. Have a deadline? Contact us before ordering.
Shipping. Shipping costs appear in your cart before checkout. We’ll send tracking when your order leaves us. Couriers usually deliver Mon–Fri, 9 am–5 pm.
Receiving your order. Couriers may leave your order at your door if deemed safe. Add “Signature Required” to your order comments if you prefer to sign. Our warranty covers transit damage; theft or missing deliveries are covered only when a signature is required.
