After getting a quote from a local framer for over a hundred dollars for an A4 sized frame, I decided to look online for other alternatives just a week before Christmas. I read a handful of reviews and decided to order through your site in the hope it would arrive in time, and I wasn't disappointed! I cannot recommend Frameshop highly enough. A little apprehensive about how my photos would turn out (being an amateur photographer and not entirely knowledgable about printing formats, colour spaces and the like), I can honestly say that the final product is amazing! After searching the internet for present ideas I came across the Frameshop site and found exactly what I wanted. The site was very easy to navigate and the graphics and tools to customize my purchase were great to use. Having not used the net before for buying stuff, I found dealing with the frameshop a great experience. The frame was delivered promptly within a few working days and was exactly what was shown on the site. The cost including postage was amazing too. I doubt I could find the same thing locally for such a reasonable price. I will undoubtedly used the frame shop again in future and have already started recommending them to my friends. 8 days out from my best friends 40th, a very important milestone for her, I finally realised the perfect present was to locate the perfect frame for an oil painting of her home town that she hadn't hung.  I searched all the likely large stores to find the right frame, but nothing was right, so I resorted to the internet. I found a frame - just what was wanted, and the company was in Australia.  I would take the risk.  It would be better to get the right frame rather than the wrong frame anyway.  I also let them know that I was hoping that it would arrive in the next 7 days.  They told me, it should be no problem. What a great find! I rarely leave reviews but I was so impressed I just had to. Frames arrived within a couple of days and were so much better than I expected. I won't be using the retailers like Teds or Big W ever again. They don't offer the same range or options and certainly can't compete on price or speed.

The software here is genius, it's so comprehensive, it allows you to customise absolutely everything on the frame, it's been very very very well thought out. The choice of colours and sizes are numerous for both the frame, the mount etc. You can modify everything, you can design the inner photo mounts however you want. You can list by certain categories such as frame colours. The list goes on. The prices are good, the quality is great, and the delivery is insanely fast. Why would you ever waste time hunting for a frame at the shops again? Best thing I've ever stumbled across, I'm a customer for life!

An outstanding service in every respect. Ordered a custom mat via a very easy to use online order form, with a graphic interface which allowed some idea as to what you were buying. It arrived within 2 days of purchase, exactly what i wanted at a very reasonable price. It was also packaged with extreme effort to prevent bending, it arrived unbent protected by two sheets of wood. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

I collect antique maps and these two new frames now hold a hemispherical map of the world from 1750 with an incomplete outline of Australia and a map of Liverpool in the UK from about 1830. I rarely take the time to write reviews but in this case I felt it had to be done! I recently returned from my honeymoon and had a panoramic picture I wanted printed and framed. Printing not so much of a problem but frame to suit is another story! I went searching on the net and stumbled across the Frameshop. Thank goodness I did. Printing quality, framing job and price were all sensational, so much so that I just finished sending them another order and it wont be the last! Delivery time was also far quicker than my expectations. I also purchased some empty frames for the wedding pics and would recommend these guys to anyone who is  after printing and or framing needs and challenge you to do better anywhere! I decided to try on-line purchase of a picture frame for a print size that I could just could not find in any standard shops. I happened to randomly select Frameshop.com.au from a number of sites displayed and I must say I am glad I did. After easily making my way through registering process, entering frame size and choosing frame code my weekend (Sunday) order was completed. Much to my surprise the frame was delivered this morning (Tuesday) and is perfect. I have since placed an additional order for another 4 frames to match other similar prints. We recently ordered a printing and framing job from you : order no FSHOP11596. I would like to tell you how impressed my wife and I are with the final result. The website was a pleasure to use, visual feedback on options was spot on, and the packaging of the couriered item was impressive (and protective). What also impressed us was some editing you did on the uploaded file. It was a 3 panel panorama of one of our son\'s travels. There were a few artefacts lying around after the camera stitched the frames together, and resulted in a small mountain in the sky (!), and some darker banding where the frame overlaps occurred. I recently submitted order for the framing of a large photo of my daughter.  I have 3 of these large photos in which i was quoted well over $300 for the framing of the 3 - which would also take approx. 3 weeks minimum to do with a local business.  Having spent so much money on the baby photos themselves, i did not expect to spend this much on framing as well, however thought i would check on internet if any business's were available with order own frame.  I came across frameshop.com.au, and decided to place order for 1 photo frame only and see how it turned out.  After a great price quote and fast delivery, the frame turned out superb!!  I will happily place order for the next 2 large photos to be framed........ and it will cost less then 1/2 of the quote from a local.  Your site is simple, easy to follow and the end product is of high quality.  I was hesistant of ordering over the internet, however you have provided a great service that I will definately use again. I recently ordered a shadow box to display for baby boys hand and foot casts. I was a bit hesitant to order online to begin with  but I cannot begin to express how happy I am with the finished product!! Finally a one-stop shop for all my framing needs. No longer do I have to wander from shop to shop then settle for a cheap frame that may or may not be to size with limited mat colours (I cross stitch and frame my own work). The two pieces of signed memorabilia i received were excellent! I ordered sunday night and received them both on wed morn, delivered to melbourne. The quality of the pictures and frames were great. The items were packaged extremely well. The box arrived badly damaged due to Australia Post but because there was so much protection around the frames there was no damage whatsoever.

I used your services for the first time a few weeks ago to print and frame a digital panoramic image.  Your turnaround time with delivery to another State in less than 1 week is fantastic. I was also impressed by the quality of the work and your friendly customer service, especially when you called me for the second order to  notify me that you had a frame that better matched my first order. One improvement suggestion I have though is to show all available frames on the website and to provide more information about the photo paper you use, e.g. is the paper archival paper and what is the life expectancy of the print. Dear Frameshop, I received my framed photograph yesterday, 6 working days after my order was uploaded via your website. I was hesitant about uploading my image for printing, as I have had many dissappointing results doing this with other websites in the past...but I have to tell you....I am delighted! It is absolutely perfect size, with no cropping and the frame and matt are exactly as I was expecting. The colour of the print is precise, exactly as I viewed it on my screen, and the print quality is awesome. And I should know....I used to print 2m photographic murals by hand in a professional lab for a living!!! As for the price...I am astounded that a custom sized frame could be so well priced...never will I return to the local framing shop! I am now a converted FRAMESHP customer...after having my nephew's Christening collage printed and framed so beautifully, I am now inspired to create some wonderful memory collages for my own children and other family members.  I am amazed with the ease of ordering a frame through frameshop.com.au. I looked at other companies but they were twice the price and took up to a month longer for delivery. The delivery of my frame was almost 24 hours since ordering. My girlfriend and I were bewildered and impressed by the sheer speed with which it was delivered. Highly Recommended!

 I received my first order  a few days ago and I'm very, very impressed. I ordered my custom frame late last Wednesday night (10pm) and the frame arrived on my doorstep first thing  Friday morning (even before I left for work). The product is of an excellent standard and I will be using Frameshop from now on for all my business. Hi, I recently placed an order with you and unfortunately broke the glass while putting in my picture. Is it possible to just re-order the glass? If this is possible, I\'d also like another piece of glass to put on the back of one of the frames I ordered as well (so the picture can be viewed back and front).
