I have now put in 2 orders from you and both have been extremely quick delivery (especially pre-christmas).   One was urgent for a party and I was surprised to receive it the next day, and it looked wonderful.  Everyone comments on the photo when they walk in my room and love the frame, which looked even better than the photo on the website.   

The second order was in the week leading up to christmas, and again I wasn't sure whether I would receive this in time.  But again was very happy when it arrived 2 days later and looking great.

The website was a pleasure to use, visual feedback on options was spot on, and the packaging of the couriered item was impressive (and protective). What also impressed us was some editing you did on the uploaded file. It was a 3 panel panorama of one of our son\'s travels. There were a few artefacts lying around after the camera stitched the frames together, and resulted in a small mountain in the sky (!), and some darker banding where the frame overlaps occurred. Thank you or my beautiful mirrors. We are building a new home and I had pictured particular timber framed mirrors for the bathrooms. This was the only place I found where I could custom make them at a reasonable price. The end result is exactly what I pictured and the service was so great. I recently submitted order for the framing of a large photo of my daughter.  I have 3 of these large photos in which i was quoted well over $300 for the framing of the 3 - which would also take approx. 3 weeks minimum to do with a local business.  Having spent so much money on the baby photos themselves, i did not expect to spend this much on framing as well, however thought i would check on internet if any business's were available with order own frame.  I came across frameshop.com.au, and decided to place order for 1 photo frame only and see how it turned out.  After a great price quote and fast delivery, the frame turned out superb!!  I will happily place order for the next 2 large photos to be framed........ and it will cost less then 1/2 of the quote from a local.  Your site is simple, easy to follow and the end product is of high quality.  I was hesistant of ordering over the internet, however you have provided a great service that I will definately use again.

I recently ordered a shadow box to display for baby boys hand and foot casts. I was a bit hesitant to order online to begin with  but I cannot begin to express how happy I am with the finished product!!

The odering process was simple, especially for custom made sizing, the frame is exactly as I had ordered, and it arrived perfectly packed to withstand all the bumps from Australia Post. And the price - I was quoted $300 from a local framer in Adelaide and you managed to provide the same at 1/5 of the price.

Finally a one-stop shop for all my framing needs. No longer do I have to wander from shop to shop then settle for a cheap frame that may or may not be to size with limited mat colours (I cross stitch and frame my own work). I used your services for the first time a few weeks ago to print and frame a digital panoramic image.  Your turnaround time with delivery to another State in less than 1 week is fantastic.

I was also impressed by the quality of the work and your friendly customer service, especially when you called me for the second order to  notify me that you had a frame that better matched my first order.

One improvement suggestion I have though is to show all available frames on the website and to provide more information about the photo paper you use, e.g. is the paper archival paper and what is the life expectancy of the print.

Custom size canvases would be a good addition.

WOW. Even at Christmas time eh.Prmpt delivery & superb frams :-)  I stopped my fiance from purchasing 6 frames at a large department store the oter day & shopped online in hope of finding something better quality for phots of our baby daughter to give to ou parents for Christmas. I found the frameshop. We are so happy with our frames, and for the same money we now have way better looking photos & far better quality frames. We will definitely be buying moe, we are so jealous we don't have some for ourselves!

I procrastinated and spent days making a decision on whether to buy online with Frameshop or go elsewhere. The web site was just simple and easy to use So Wednesday 10th Dec I placed the order with you for 6 custom frames.  I am amazed with the ease of ordering a frame through frameshop.com.au. I looked at other companies but they were twice the price and took up to a month longer for delivery. The delivery of my frame was almost 24 hours since ordering. My girlfriend and I were bewildered and impressed by the sheer speed with which it was delivered. Highly Recommended!

 I received my first order  a few days ago and I'm very, very impressed. I ordered my custom frame late last Wednesday night (10pm) and the frame arrived on my doorstep first thing  Friday morning (even before I left for work). The product is of an excellent standard and I will be using Frameshop from now on for all my business. Hi, I recently placed an order with you and unfortunately broke the glass while putting in my picture. Is it possible to just re-order the glass? If this is possible, I\'d also like another piece of glass to put on the back of one of the frames I ordered as well (so the picture can be viewed back and front).
