Delivery Cost

The delivery cost is based on number of items purchased, size, weight, and delivery address.  (More frames in the order cost less freight per frame) To find out shipping cost for items in shopping cart at any time, please enter delivery/destination postcode while shopping cart items are displayed.
The actual shipping cost appears once you complete your purchase and supply delivery address if different from billing address after checkout but before order confirmation. At this stage you may still change your mind if you find us expensive but we believe our freight charges are very reasonable.

Delivery Method

We ship all items via Australia Post, Fastway couriers, Toll Express and other carriers. Most items will be shipped within two business days of order receipt (excluding weekends). However if an item is out of stock, shipping may take a little longer. We will promptly inform you if there will be a delay in shipping by email or phone. Estimated delivery time is one to ten working days depending on your location. Acrylic Face Mounting, Block Mounting, Gator Foam Mounting might take a little longer to complete.
Therefore, shipping is within one week. Frameshop.com.au ships to all areas in Australia only, however we do accept orders from all international countries as long as shipping address is within Australian territories.
